Value Plus Loyalty
Collect 3 points for every £1 you spend in the main shop, plant area and coffee shop. Points are automatically converted to savings that can be used on any following visit. We will add 300 welcome points when you collect your new value plus card. To collect your new value plus card please ask a member of staff at customer service.
Value Plus Card Privacy Policy
The Value Plus Card remains the property of Milton Ernest Garden Centre (MEGC) and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Reward balances can only be used when making purchases at MEGC. There is no cash alternative. Only purchases made in conjunction with a Value Plus Card will qualify for points. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify MEGC of any changes of address or any other details. If your Value Plus Card is lost or stolen any accrued benefit will be transferred to your new card. If a Value Plus Card is not used for any purchase at MEGC for a period of 12 consecutive months the holder will be deemed to have withdrawn from the scheme and any unredeemed benefit will be withdrawn. In the event of any query an MEGC receipt will be required as evidence of purchase. The Value Plus card is only a loyalty card not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. We will never pass your details to a third party. The small list of exclusions to the scheme are: Calor Gas, Gift Tokens, Garden Buildings, Docklands Fish, Car Spa Valet Service, Bedfordshire Dog Grooming and any transactions with the Post Office. Nothing in the Terms & Conditions affect your statutory rights. When you sign up for our Value Plus Card, Milton Ernest Garden Centre stores the data you provide (Name, Email & Address) to enable us to communicate our events, offers & voucher to you.
